We're building both sides of the marketplace. Right now we're signing up food operators — that's you.
Tell us what kind of kitchen you need — cuisine, budget, location, how you'll use the space. Takes 2 minutes.
We contact pubs in your target area and check if their kitchen is available. Your profile tells them exactly what you're looking for.
When we find a match, we connect you directly with the pub. You negotiate your own terms — we're the introducer, not the middleman.
Instant infrastructure. Commercial kitchens cost £30-100k to fit out. A pub kitchen is already built, rated, and has extraction. Walk in Monday, trade Tuesday.
Built-in customers. The pub already has regulars. Serve them food and you have revenue from day one — no marketing spend, no delivery commission, no cold start.
Low commitment. Most pub kitchen agreements are licence to occupy, not a lease. Typical terms: 6-12 months with break clauses. Test your concept without betting the house.
Delivery ready. Most pub kitchens are already approved for Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat. Two revenue streams — dine-in and delivery — from the same kitchen.
Browse pubs in your target city. When you find one that looks right, register your interest and we'll do the rest.
Yes. Every pub listed on PubKitchens is a real, verified venue — name, address, and hygiene rating sourced from the Food Standards Agency. We don't fabricate listings.
We list pubs by area, hygiene rating, and features so you can find the right fit. The full venue details (name, address, contact) are shared when you create a profile and register interest. This protects both the pub's privacy and the value of our introductions.
We match your profile (cuisine, budget, location, kitchen use type) against pubs in your target area. When we find a potential match, we introduce you directly to the pub. You negotiate your own terms.
Yes. Creating a profile is free and always will be. We're building the marketplace — right now we need food operators signed up so we can approach pubs with proof of demand.
You'll need at least a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate to operate a commercial kitchen. Most pub landlords will also require public liability insurance and an up-to-date food safety management system.
Yes. Many operators run delivery-only from pub kitchens, and most venues are already approved for Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat. Some landlords prefer a hybrid model where you also serve pub customers. We'll match you with pubs that suit your model.
